We have moved!

We have moved to 11638 Highway 27, Suite 6, Summerville, Georgia.  We are housed in the City of Refuge NW Georgia building along with Danny Harkins, our COR/NWGA Director.

The Center for Hope is also located in the same facility in Suite 10, and Three Circles Foundation and our Family Restoration Center is located in the same row of Suites, but at 11634 Highway 27 (where the Well used to be located)

This enables us to offer more programs in a one stop place.

The Restoration House will become transitional living for women.  It will likely be ready to house our first occupant in September.

Our hours remain the same Tuesday – Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Open House will be announced soon.

The Restoration House

Everyone is asking, what is the Restoration House?  Is it a store or a bed and breakfast??? No, it is much more than that.  It is where restoration of souls take place.

It houses First Step to Freedom Ministries, Inc, Transforming Hearts General Store and The Center for Hope.

  • First Step provides one on one mentoring, life skills training, parenting classes and job training.
  • Transforming Hearts General Store is located in the front of the RH and holds the creativity of the women we minister to.  Purchases enable First Step to continue to purchase goods that help us keep the women busy, teach work ethic, build self-worth and gain healthy relationships.
  • The Center for Hope is a Christ-based certified counseling service.  Michael Felder, CCS, CADC II is there twice a month and sees clients by appointment only.  You may contact him at 423-298-4234

We LOVE visitors.  Stop in and take a tour.

City of Refuge is coming to Northwest Georgia!

First Step to Freedom Ministries, Inc., Chattooga County Resource Center, Three Circles Foundation, The Center for Hope and Healthy Foundations, Inc will come together in one location to minister to Chattooga County and all of Northwest Georgia.  This will provide a “one stop shop” for the hurting families of Northwest Georgia.

City of Refuge (taken from their website, http://www.cityofrefuge/atl.org

“With 20 years of experience and 20,000 lives transformed, City of Refuge is a leader in the business of social transformation. We are located in the middle of one of Atlanta’s most historic and struggling neighborhoods where nearly 40% of the residents live below the Federal Poverty Level. We believe the people of 30314 desire and deserve to live abundantly with access to vital resources, networks, and opportunities. In light of this, City of Refuge seeks to partner with individuals and families in crisis to clear a pathway out of poverty and into a thriving community.”

This has been FSTF Minsitries vision and goal as well for our communities, and we look forward to learning from COR/ATL.  We will still be required to provide our own funding so we still need our local supporters.
